Procedures of Purchasing of Tender Documents

:

The Tenderers or their legal authorized representatives may purchase Tender Documents by application in Letter Head Pad from Treasurer, Director of Planning and Development Section and Chief Engineer’s Office, BAU, Mymensingh. Original up-to-date trade licence, VAT  Resignation, TIN Certificate, Experience Certificate, Bank solvency and liquid assets, Bank Statements etc. will be shown at the time of purchasing of the Tender Documents.

Qualifications of Tenderers

:

1^st class Enlisted Civil contractors of BAU and other Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous bodies who have Associate 1^st Class Sanitary and Electric Licence.

9.

Other Criteria

:

a)    Photocopy of up-to-date Enlisted licence, Trade licence, Income tax certificate, VAT registration, similar works experience certificate, Bank solvency certificate in the last 3 (three) years, Bank statement in favour of 30% Cash flow, liquid assets, credit facilities and description of running works. All Documents to be submitted shall be attested by any Gazeted Officer, not below the rank of Executive Engineer.

b)    Tender Security in the Form of Demand Draft/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee from any Schedule Bank of Bangladesh to be deposited in favour of Treasurer, BAU, Mymensingh which is encashable in Pubali Bank Ltd. BAU Campus, Mymensingh.
