Admission Form Printing Instruction

You can print your application form by the 'Print' command of the 'File' menu. You are recommeded to setup your printer according to the following information before printing your application. You should make assure that all information are in the 2 (TWO) pages by clicking the 'Print Preview' command of 'File' menu. Please use A4 paper and print on one side only.

Paper A4 paper
Printer Orientation Portrait
Header and Footer Blank
Margins Top: 0.6cm or 0.25inch
Left: 0.6cm or 0.25inch
Bottom: 0.6cm or 0.25inch
Right: 0.6cm or 0.25inch
Print One side only
