• Worked as a Principal Investigator of the Bangladesh Agricultural University Research System, BAU funded research project; Domestication and induction on induced breeding of potential aquaculture species,  Anabas testudineus for its conservation from July 2017 to June 2018.
• Worked as a Principal Investigator of the Bangladesh Agricultural University Research System, BAU funded research project; Cellular analysis underlying the effect of embryonic temperature on muscle growth phenotype of local koi, Anabas testudineus in Bangladesh from July 2016 to June 2017.
• Worked as a Principal Investigator of the Ministry of Science and Technology, GoB funded research project; Landmark-based morphometric and meristic analysis in response to characterize the wild Bhagna, Labeo ariza populations for its conservation from July 2016 to June 2017.
• Worked as a Co-Principal Investigator of the Bangladesh Academy of Science (BAS), GoB funded research project; Development of breeding and fry rearing techniques of endangered Tengra, Mystus vittatus and Gulsha, Mystus cavasius from July 2011 to September 2012.
